WDT aims to ship all orders out within two business days of order placement. Items will be shipped out through UPS - Domestic. Orders with a shipping address of a PO box will be shipped through USPS.
Shipping rates are flat rate. Once your order has been confirmed, WDT is unable to make any changes to your order, including combining orders or adding items to the order.
Customers are held responsible for their own return shipping. WDT experiences periods of high order volume where shipping times can exceed the two business day window.
WDT is NOT responsible for lost, damaged, or mis-delivered orders. Please contact the mail carrier (UPS or USPS) used for your order to help locate your package and/or file a claim.
Returns will be accepted for store credit within 30 days of receipt, if 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a credit or exchange.
To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please note a $10 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for mailed returns.
Items bought on sale are final sale - no returns.
All returns must be authorized via email at info@wisconsindesignteam.com prior to shipping. Items returned without authorization may be refused upon delivery.
