In order to exchange your item please place a new order online. The original order will be refunded on receipt of the return. Please note a $10 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for mailed returns. Original orders can be mailed back to

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the return or exchange of your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

To return or exchange your items in person for free, bring your eligible items and packing slip or order confirmation email.

WDT will issue a return label if an item is faulty or an error was made by WDT.

WDT will not be held responsible for any return packages lost in the mail. If you have received a defective item, please contact WDT at info@wisconsindesignteam.com with your order number and issue. Once the issue is verified, we will provide a return label. Do not mail an item back without authorization from WDT. All rights to determine a product defective are retained by WDT. Defects or incorrect orders must be reported to WDT within 7 days of delivery.
