Return Policy


Returns will be accepted for store credit within 30 days of receipt, if 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a credit or exchange.

To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please note a $10 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for mailed returns

Items bought on sale are final sale - no returns.

All returns must be authorized via email at info@wisconsindesignteam.com prior to shipping. Items returned without authorization may be refused upon delivery.

Customers are responsible for paying for the shipping costs to return the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refund Policy

Refunds do not apply to items bought in-store. The policy below pertains to items bought online that arrive damaged, faulty, or defective.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment, within 1-3 business days.

Any packages WDT receives that are marked "return to sender" or "refused" will not be eligible for refund.

WDT will only grant a refund for damaged product ordered online if the following conditions are met:

  • Items must be unused and unworn
  • Proof of damage
  • Clothing must be clean and unwashed with all tags attached 
  • WDT does not refund shipping on returns
